Booking will be completed and approved upon completion of payment whether credit card or zelle. To reschedule or cancel your appointment please, go to the link below and create or login into your account. You will be able to find in this link all your purchase history as well! https://www.romiebo.com/account/my-bookings Appointments may be rescheduled prior to the 24-hour window at no extra charge. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations with less than 24-hour notice. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to any sessions or services canceled prior to the 24-hour deadline.
